RETURN POLICY:

All of our products are Custom Made for your windows. Because of this, returns are not accepted without prior authorization. If delivery of an order is refused for any reason other than shipping damage, the order is not eligible for a refund. Oversize freight fees and handling charges are non-refundable. Do not return blinds to the factory, we will provide shipping instructions with the return authorization. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

INSPECTION OF MERCHANDISE:

IMPORTANT: If your blinds or shades have been damaged in shipment, was made incorrectly, or has any manufacturer defects, please notify us within 14 calendar days after delivery to your home and we’ll have the damaged merchandise either repaired or replaced at no cost to you! If you do not notify us within this 14-day period, unfortunately we won’t be able to do so. All damaged shipments must be signed for as damaged at time of delivery.

CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS:

All orders involve custom window coverings, which are manufactured to your specifications. Please double check your measurements, fabric, and color choices prior to checkout. With that said, we understand mistakes happen (we have even been known to make one or two), so if you contact us within 24 hours of order, we will be happy to change or cancel your order! * Please understand certain changes may increase the price of your blinds or shades, which will be due prior to production.
If it has been over 24 hours since time of order, please give us a call at 800-313-0614 and we will do everything possible to assist you.

Our exclusive BlindFIT™ guarantee provides you peace of mind when ordering your custom window coverings on-line. If you make a mistake measuring for your new blind or shade, we will send you a new one for FREE, including shipping. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if your product doesn’t fit properly.
